Order Process
Please read through these terms before requesting a commission. By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below. This is to protect both of us and prevent misunderstandings. Provide clear references and instructions before work starts
Confirm you own or have permission to use all provided materials.
Be the sole contact and decision maker for your project.
I will create original work to the best of my ability.
I will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized content.
I may refuse projects for any reason.

Payment.
Currency
All prices are listed in USD. Please convert to your own currency before requesting.Method of Payment
Accepted: VGen, PayPal, Kofi, Local PayNow (SG), Wise Preferred
Payment must be made in full upfront. Invoice must be paid within 2 business days or the commission will be cancelled.Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once work has started

Prices include platform and transaction fees
Providing AI-generated references will incur extra fees (to redesign them into original art while keeping the same traits)

6 weeks minimum. May take up to 20 months depending on workload and project complexity.Updates

I will provide updates voluntarily. Progress files are delivered via VGen, Google Drive, or email and Discord. Final files will remain downloadable for 5 days.Revisions

Only minor edits allowed after lineart

Rights.
Personal Use
Personal use means using the artwork only for non-monetized and non-commercial purposes.
Examples:

Banners or thumbnails (non-monetized)

Not included by default. Commercial rights are +100% (2x) the base price
Commercial use means using the artwork as part of monetized content, branding, or income-generating work,Examples:
